Navigation and guidance systems of missile with bearings-only measurements
are studied
due to their practical importance. Control and extended Kalman filtering
techniques are
being investigated to enhance observability of the time-varying, nonlinear
and manoeuvrable
target engaged systems. Research efforts are directed to observability
analysis, guidance
law design and filter structure studies, in order to provide
effective target interception.
