Guidance and Control Research


Research Outline

In the study of navigation and guidance systems of missile-target with noisy bearings-only measurements, robust control and filtering design techniques are being investigated. Research efforts are directed towards designing robust guidance to enhance observability of a time-varying, nonlinear engaged system involving a wide range of manoeuvrable targets, and analysing observability and robustness in a closed-loop control environment.
