The University of Adelaide's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is proud to hold its Research Expo in 2009. This year, the Research Expo aims to:
- Encourage promising undergraduate students to seriously consider undertaking post-graduate research
- Demonstrate the School's capabilities to the electronics industry
- Establish professional networks for further research collaboration and/or career opportunities
- Disseminate the latest progress in research activities among postgraduate students
- Inform the University community on the work of the School of EEE
The Expo will start with a talk about research in the School at 10:00AM (with registration from 9:30AM) that all registrants are encouraged to attend. The rest of the day will feature seminars and poster presentations covering many of the School's research areas. Registrants are welcome to attend the talks that interest them; they need not attend throughout the entire day unless they wish.
The event will conclude with a relaxed and casual Expo drinks party in the evening at 5:00PM. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Registration is needed for catering purposes by 28 April 2009.
