Introduction

As a historical record, this page constains the audio file downloads for the Communications IV course held in 2008, delivered by Prof Derek Abbott and Dr Mark McDonnell.

Purpose

The puropose of these podcasts is not to replace lectures. It is still important to turn up to lectures in person, in the same way that you see your trainer in person when you are going for a gold medal in a sporting event. This degree is a mental sport, and showing up to all parts of the program is important to give you that edge to win the gold.

These podcasts are intended to help you jog your mind during revision and are also helpful for catching up if you missed a lecture due to sickness. You also may wish to burn the whole collection on a CD and play it subliminally while you sleep at night or play it in the car when you drive to give you that winning edge.
