Time to Delivery

`Time-to-Delivery' is the time needed to fabricate a product, and is a function of the system complexity and requirements. As discussed before, in case of 3D packaging technology, time to delivery tends to be longer than for 2D packaging forms. For 3D packaging, `time-to-delivery' is typically of the order of 6-10 months, depending on size and complexity. For comparison, this is 2-4 times longer than the time needed for MCM-D technology.
