Design software is one of the problems facing 3D technology. Most manufacturers use their own design tool kits, which give the designers the ability to implement their design in accordance with the vendor's manufacturing requirements, while allowing the designers to focus on the design without getting involved with manufacturing and interfacing details. However, most of these design kits are not fully integrated or implemented in software packages that are accessible to us. Hence, for some of the manufacturers there is a need to port their design rules into available software or for the user to buy the custom software. In the first case, there is time and risk involved, while in the second the cost involved is the main issue.
